Yogi Berra, the great New York Yankee catcher, once said, “You can observe a lot by watching.”

Well, we’ve observed a lot of people piece puzzles together. Some go straight for the edges, some work on small piles of similar colors, some avoid looking at the puzzle picture entirely, while others place the image front and center.

At Fool’s Gold, our puzzles do not include pictures of the final image. They are true puzzlers’ puzzles!

MAY-JUNE (LATE SPRING-EARLY SUMMER)

Yes, the snow's finally gone up here in the Northeast and it's "ice-out" on the lakes. We can put away our chewed-up snow shovels at last! The creeks and rivers are flowing, filling up the lakes and ponds. In New Hampshire, where we are located, we see the loons returning from their winter ocean travels back to their nesting spots. The maples, oaks, and birches are starting to bud, flowers are starting to bloom, better get the garden planted!

With all this vernal activity, we still need to find the time to do some puzzling. Here are some great Spring and Summer themed pictures that make for some wonderful puzzles. Enjoy!
